Referral Program Terms

Program Overview

The Price Check This Referral Program allows users to earn rewards by sharing the extension with friends, family, and others. Earn Amazon gift cards and mystery gifts as you reach different milestones based on your total number of valid referrals.

Reward Milestones

You earn rewards at the following milestones:

⚠️ Important: Milestone rewards and amounts are subject to change at our discretion. We will provide advance notice of any significant changes to the reward structure.

How It Works

1. Share your unique referral link - When someone installs the Price Check This extension through your link, they're tracked as your referral.
2. Referrals become valid - A referral becomes valid when the user keeps the extension installed for at least 30 days AND uses it at least once (clicks the "Check Amazon" button).
3. Reach milestones - As your valid referral count increases, you'll unlock rewards at different milestone levels (5, 10, 25, 50, etc.).
4. Claim your rewards - Visit your referral dashboard and click the "Claim Reward" button when you've reached a new milestone. Your Amazon gift card code will be processed and sent to your verified email address.

How to Claim Rewards

When you reach a new milestone, follow these steps to claim your reward:

1. Check your dashboard - Log in to your referral dashboard to see your progress and available rewards.
2. Click "Claim Reward" - When a milestone is reached, a "Claim Reward" button will appear. Click it to request your gift card.
3. Wait for approval - Rewards are manually reviewed and typically approved within 1 business day.
4. Receive your code - Once approved, your Amazon gift card code will be sent to your verified email address.
5. Redeem on Amazon - Use the gift card code on Amazon.com to add the balance to your account.

Note: You can claim multiple milestones at once if you've reached several milestones before claiming. Each milestone can only be claimed once.

What Counts as a Valid Referral?

A referral is considered valid when ALL of the following conditions are met:

• ✓ The user installs the extension through your unique referral link
• ✓ The user uses the extension at least once (clicks the "Check Amazon" button)
• ✓ The user keeps the extension installed for at least 90 consecutive days

Reward Eligibility

• Rewards are issued at specific milestones (5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 300, 500, 1000 valid referrals)
• Total potential earnings up to $655+ (average ~$587, minimum guaranteed: $555) depending on mystery gift results
• Mystery gifts at 50 and 100 referrals award random amounts within the specified range, with a guaranteed minimum of $25 (maintaining the $1 per referral baseline)
• Rewards are processed manually and typically sent within 1 business day of claiming
• Amazon gift card codes are sent via email to your verified email address
• Once a reward is claimed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged
• Each milestone can only be claimed once per account

Program Rules

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification:

• Using bots, scripts, or automation to generate referrals
• Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself
• Installing and uninstalling repeatedly to game the system
• Sharing referral links through spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive means
• Using referral links in paid advertising without prior written approval
• Misrepresenting the extension's features or capabilities
• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the referral system

Anti-Fraud Measures

We employ multiple security measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.

Right to Deny Rewards

We reserve the right to deny, withhold, or revoke rewards if we believe there is evidence of:

• Fraudulent activity or attempts to game the system
• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicious referral patterns or behavior
• Automation or bot usage
• Self-referrals or duplicate accounts

All decisions regarding reward eligibility are final and at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide detailed explanations for denied rewards, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the general reason (e.g., "suspicious activity detected").

Account Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address to receive rewards
• You can only have one referral account per person
• You must be 18 years or older to participate
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other accounts

Tracking and Privacy

• We track referral installs anonymously using unique referral codes
• We do not share your personal information with referred users
• Referred users are not notified of who referred them
• Your referral statistics are private and only visible to you

Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or terminate the referral program at any time
• Change reward amounts or eligibility requirements with 30 days notice
• Update these terms and conditions (changes effective immediately)

Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We may terminate your participation in the referral program at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Abuse of the system
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, you forfeit all pending rewards and lose access to your referral dashboard. Already-issued rewards will not be revoked.

Limitation of Liability

Price Check This is not responsible for:

• Lost or expired Amazon gift card codes
• Email delivery failures or spam filtering
• Technical issues preventing referral tracking
• Disputes between you and referred users
• Changes to Amazon's gift card terms or availability
